Dedicating my time and energy to the Cape Town Hair & Beauty Show has it’s benefits y’all (#justsaying). Last Friday was a topnotch kinda day – I received a box filled with products to review from our exhibitor III Sisters Of Nature.
Let me be honest, I am always a bit nervous when it comes to trying out new products on my hair because I am kinda set on things I like – I am rather old school that way. III Sisters of Nature’s tag line is ” The “Cleaner” Hair Care Products though – That got me rather excited as there aren’t many products natural sisters can turn to in South Africa. We often find ourselves compromising on something. III Sisters packaging is rather simple with bright colours. They state very clearly on each container that you won’t find alcohol, carbomers, silicones, sulphates, waxes, formaldehyde or minerals in their products.
I used the Coconut Co-Wash on my hair and I can sum up my review in one word – “DAAAMN!”
Sisters curls are popping, so soft and she is simply just working her hair right about now. So in love with this one for my 3c/4a hair.
We used the Sweet Honeyrose Treatment on the kids hair. She said her hair felt hard while the treatment was on, but it softened her 4c hair quite beautifully. I kept reading the ingredients to make sure there weren’t any chemicals in it because it just felt so good! (Definitely all natural ingredients)

The products smell okayish but they all smell the same to me though. Other than that I am perfectly satisfied with what it is currently doing for our hair. The Sweetrose treatment and Coconut Co-wash both get 2 snaps in a full circle from both me and The Kid.
Now here’s what you want to know:
The product ranges from R75 – R120
It is currently only available in Johannesburg at Candi and Co (sniff sniff) but…
Do not fret, Cape Town – you can stock up at The Cape Town Hair & Beauty Show. Yay!
Here’s what I’m going to do:
Comment below by telling me your number one rule in keeping your hair healthy, and you could win a III Sisters of Nature sulphate shampoo and leave in conditioner. Oh what the heck, I’ll throw in a treatment too. Good Luck and as always…
